George College (Department of Education) was founded as a composite campus in 2015. This institute offers a 2-year B.Ed. programme and is affiliated to West Bengal University of Teacher's Training Education Planning and Administration (WBUTTEPA). It also offers a 2-year D.EI.Ed. Programme recognized by the W.B. Board of Primary Education. Both these courses have been recognized by NCTE.
